Postup
Cviklu umyjeme a uvaríme v osolenej vode. Uvarenú mäkkú cviklu schladíme, očistíme a postrúhame. Cottage syr rozmixujeme s jogurtom, pridáme koreniny, očistenú, posekanú mätu, postrúhanú cviklu a zamiešame. Podávame natreté na chlieb alebo pečivo.
